Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with sbaje including account registration, access to games and betting markets, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, and the resolution of disputes. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and sbaje.
sbaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using sbaje immediately and request closure of your account. 1. Eligibility

Age Verification
sbaje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of a player's age at any time, including at the time of a withdrawal request. Where age cannot be verified to sbaje's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawal held until verification is completed. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

Geographic Eligibility
sbaje is designed for use by players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of sbaje complies with the laws and regulations of their local jurisdiction. sbaje makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all territories. By registering, the player confirms that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to them.
2. Account Registration and Management
Clause 2.1
Registration Requirements
To register a sbaje account, a player must provide a valid mobile number (used for account identification and payment linkage), a date of birth confirming the player is 21 or older, and a password of the player's choosing. All fields must be completed truthfully. sbaje reserves the right to cross-check registration data against third-party verification services at any time. Providing false registration data is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

Account Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sbaje login credentials. sbaje will never contact a player to ask for their password. Any player who suspects their account has been accessed by a third party without authorisation must notify sbaje support immediately via the contact details listed on this site. sbaje will not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
Clause 2.3
Account Closure
A player may request closure of their sbaje account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal procedure. sbaje may close an account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, Terms breach, or regulatory requirement.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
sbaje processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name — third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Clause 3.1
Deposits
Deposits are credited to a player's sbaje account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. sbaje does not charge a fee for deposits, however mobile wallet operators may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check their wallet provider's fee schedule. Deposits that cannot be reconciled to a registered sbaje account will be returned to the originating wallet within 5 business days.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account (matching wallet number). sbaje targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, with most settlements completing within minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. sbaje reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending KYC review where required by our internal compliance procedures.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by sbaje are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met using the player's own real-money balance where the bonus is a matched deposit bonus — the deposit portion and the bonus portion may carry different rollover conditions.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Abuse
sbaje employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, deliberately losing games to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hedging), using coordination strategies involving multiple accounts, or any other conduct designed to exploit the bonus system in a manner contrary to its intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, sbaje reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account. Players found to have committed bonus abuse will not be eligible for future promotions.
5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
sbaje operates a fair and transparent platform. Players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where relevant, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Clause 5.1
Fraudulent Activity
Players must not engage in any form of fraud including using stolen payment credentials, conducting transactions that are later subject to a chargeback, providing false identity documentation, colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games, or using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. sbaje uses fraud detection technology and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of fraudulent activity without prior notice.
Clause 5.2
Responsible Use
Players must not use sbaje while subject to a self-exclusion order — whether that order was placed by the player themselves using sbaje's self-exclusion tools, or through any other responsible gaming scheme or programme the player is enrolled in. Players who have placed a self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to open a new sbaje account will have that account closed and any deposits returned. sbaje will not be liable for losses incurred by a player who circumvents a self-exclusion restriction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

Limitation of Liability
sbaje's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform is limited to the verified balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. sbaje is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost earnings, loss of business, or reputational damage. sbaje is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks. Game outcomes are determined by certified independent RNG engines — sbaje is not liable for the result of any game, match, or event on which a bet is placed.
Clause 6.2
Amendments to These Terms
sbaje may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an update is material — meaning it significantly alters a player's rights or obligations — sbaje will provide at least 7 days' notice via the player's registered contact details before the change takes effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter meaning, or updates to reflect regulatory guidance) may take effect immediately. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and is dated with the effective date.
